THE GEYSER

Installazione sonora – 2017

Produzione: Tempo reale, Spazioersetti

THE GEYSER

Sound installation – 2017

Production: Tempo Reale, Spazioersetti

The geyser is one of the most surprising and striking natural phenomenon. In particular, the Icelandic geyser of Strokkur ha stronlgy inspired this sound-art installation. The geyser become a natural model for an abstract work with a strong electroacoustic character (there are at least six loudspekaers on the ground), able to make us think about the concepts of “wait” and “surprise”: what is the time interval between a sound emission and the next one? What is its content?
